Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges under specific conditions as outlined below:

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:

  • Exchange Period: Exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • Condition of Item:

    • Must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damage or stains.

    • Must have the original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase:

    • A valid original bill/invoice is mandatory for all exchange requests.

    • Exchanges without a bill will not be entertained under any circumstance.

Exchange Options:

  • Customers may exchange:

    • For a different size, color, or style (subject to stock availability).

    • For an item of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).

  • If the desired item is not immediately available, we will issue a store wallet credit for future use.

Refund Policy

Please note:
We do not provide refunds in cash or to original payment methods.

Store Wallet Credit:

  • In cases where an immediate exchange is not possible, we offer a Store Wallet Credit (digital credit balance) equivalent to the value of the item.

  • Validity: Wallet credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

  • Usage: It can be used partially or fully toward any future purchase at our store.

  • Non-Transferable: Wallet credit is tied to the original customer and cannot be transferred or converted to cash.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain categories of products are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

  • Innerwear, undergarments, and personal hygiene products.

  • Accessories (e.g., belts, jewelry, bags, scarves).

  • Items purchased during clearance sale, final sale, or special promotional events.

  • Products that are custom-altered or tailor-fitted for the customer.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, odor, stains, or misuse.

Defective or Damaged Items

We thoroughly inspect each product before sale, but in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or damage:

  • Please report the issue within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.

  • Submit clear photos and your bill to our customer support team.

  • Once verified, you may choose between a like-for-like exchange or store wallet credit.

How to Initiate an Exchange

For In-Store Purchases:

  1. Visit our store within 7 days with:

    • The item(s) to be exchanged

    • The original bill

  2. Our staff will inspect the item.

  3. Upon approval, the exchange will be processed immediately or wallet credit will be issued.

For Online Purchases (if applicable):

  1. Contact our support via WhatsApp or phone call.

  2. Share your order details, reason for exchange, and item photos.

  3. We will verify and assist with the exchange or issue store credit as applicable.
